We want you to be completely satisfied with your Carrera® eyewear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all items in their original, unworn condition. Our goal is to ensure a seamless experience from the moment you browse our collection to the moment you find your perfect fit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided via email and securely pack your eyewear in its original case and box.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Affix the return label to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized UPS location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
